Meanwhile, Lake Country Christian posted their closest victory since November 11, 2023 on Tuesday. They narrowly escaped with a win as the team sidled past Fort Worth THESA 53-50.

Lake Country Christian is on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four matches, which provided a nice bump to their 12-9 record this season. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 58.0 points per game. As for Temple Christian, their victory was their seventh straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 10-8.

Things could have been worse for Temple Christian, but things could have been a whole lot better as they took a 55-37 loss to Lake Country Christian in their previous matchup back in December of 2024.
