Basketball Recap: Coolidge Takes a Loss

Coolidge and Milford squared off in some playoff action on Monday, but Coolidge had to settle for second. They took a hard 42-25 fall against the Milford Bulldogs. The Yellowjackets' loss continues a trend for the squad, making it ten in a row.

It was another big night for Jaycee Rigsby, who went 12 for 16 on her way to 27 points for Milford. The contest was Rigsby's ninth in a row with at least 15 points.

Coolidge's defeat dropped their record down to 1-16. As for Milford, they are on a roll lately: they've won nine of their last ten games, which provided a nice bump to their 23-6 record this season.

As of now, neither Coolidge nor Milford have any future games scheduled.
