Garrett entered their tilt with Fort Wayne Snider on Saturday with two consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with three. They blew past the Panthers 16-1. The Railroaders have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Panthers, too.

Sarah DePew and Peyton Grindstaff did most of the damage at the plate: DePew went 2-for-4 with two triples, three runs, and one stolen base, while Grindstaff went 2-for-3 with three runs, three RBI, and one triple. That's the most runs Grindstaff has posted since back in April. Atalie Gullett was another key player, going 3-for-4 with two runs, one stolen base, and two RBI.

Garrett always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .606. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Fort Wayne Snider only posted an OBP of .250.

Garrett's record now sits at 19-8. As for Fort Wayne Snider, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 9-14.

Garrett will have a chance to go back-to-back against the Panthers: the pair will be back at it again later today.
