Ganado found their leader in sophomore Landyn Arriaga, who rushed for 73 yards and three scores on only six carries, and also threw for 182 yards and three TDs while completing 88.9% of his passes. Meanwhile, Three Rivers played a tough matchup on Friday in which they were outscored in every quarter. They were dealt a 63-13 loss at the hands of Refugio. The Bulldogs haven't had much luck with the Bobcats recently, as the team has come up short the last eight times they've met.

Ganado will have to contain Ethan Conn as he made an impact in Three Rivers' last game. He picked up 109 receiving yards and one touchdown. Conn's longest reception was for an incredible 71 yards.

Ganado pushed their record up to 9-1 with the win, which was their third straight at home. Those home victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 45.0 points over those games. As for Three Rivers, their defeat dropped their record down to 4-6.
