The Coronado Islanders will venture away from home to challenge the Valhalla Norsemen at 4:00 p.m. on Monday. Coronado is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 6.2 runs per game this season.

At the plate, Valhalla saw seven different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Liliana Moscoso, who went 2-for-3 with two RBI.

Valhalla's loss dropped their record down to 7-18. As for Coronado, their defeat dropped their record down to 8-13.

Valhalla's pitching crew has a crucial task ahead of them: Coronado hasn't had any issues making contact this season, having earned a batting average of .327.
