If Salem was riding high fresh off their 67-27 takedown of Salem County Vo-Tech last Friday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Salem Rams took a 50-45 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Westampton Tech Panthers. The Rams' defeat signaled the end of their three-game winning streak.

Westampton Tech got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Alex Jeanty out in front who went 8 for 14 on his way to 21 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Shakur Anderson, who almost dropped a double-double on ten points and nine boards.

Having lost for the first time this season, Salem fell to 3-1. As for Westampton Tech, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 3-0.

Salem is packing up and heading out on the road for their first away game this season. they will face off against Oakcrest at 2:45 p.m. on Monday. As for Westampton Tech, they will host Northern Burlington at 5:15 p.m. on Thursday.
