Zumbrota-Mazeppa came into Monday's   match looking for another win against Kenyon-Wanamingo, but  Emilie Jarvis wouldn't allow it. The Knights won by a  set and slipped past the Cougars  3-2 with plenty of help from  Jarvis, who  had 29  digs and four  assists. She is  on a roll when it comes to  digs, as she's  now  had 11 or more in each of the last four games she's  played.
 Kenyon-Wanamingo wouldn't go down easily and took Zumbrota-Mazeppa into a fifth set  where they got it done with a two-point win. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 21-25, 25-19, 25-18, 23-25,  15-13.
Kenyon-Wanamingo has  been performing  incredibly well recently as they've  won nine of their last ten contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 20-4 record  this season. As for Zumbrota-Mazeppa,  this is the second loss in a row for them and  nudges their season record down to 9-14.
 Coming up, Kenyon-Wanamingo will square off against United South Central at 7:15  p.m.  on Tuesday. As for Zumbrota-Mazeppa, they will be playing at home against Kasson-Mantorville  at 7:15  p.m.  on Tuesday.
