Soccer Recap: Braden River Picks Up Third Consecutive Victory

It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but Braden River had no problem doing just that on Tuesday. They walked away with a 4-2 victory over the Fort Myers Green Wave. Victoria Caiazzo was a massive factor in the win as she booted in three goals all by herself.

The win keeps them at an undefeated 13-0-5. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 24 goals over those three games. As for Fort Myers, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 9-7-1.

Braden River will challenge Mariner at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Braden River knows how to get goals on the board -- the team has finished with four goals or more in their past three matchups -- so hopefully Mariner likes a good challenge. Fort Myers does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
