Baseball Recap: Amador Has No Trouble Against Galt

Amador won against Galt last Wednesday with ten runs and they decided to stick to that run total again on Thursday. The Buffaloes put the hurt on the Warriors with a sharp 10-0 victory. The Buffaloes might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won six contests by six runs or more this season.

Brad Blankenheim was a standout: he went 1-for-3 with one triple, one stolen base, and one run. He is on a roll when it comes to triples, as he's now hit at least one in each of the last three games he's played. Henry Boetzer was another key player, scoring a run while going 1-for-2.

Amador now has a winning record of 8-7-1. As for Galt, they are on a six-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-8.

Coming up, Amador is taking a road trip to square off against Bradshaw Christian at 4:00 p.m. on Friday. The Pride will roll in looking for their 13th straight win, something the Buffaloes surely won't give up without a fight. As for Galt, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Argonaut at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
