Basketball Recap: St. Michael Wins Going Away Against Shonto Prep

St. Michael won the last time they faced Shonto Prep and things went their way on Saturday too. Everything went the St. Michael Cardinals' way against the Shonto Prep Grizzlies as the St. Michael Cardinals made off with a 70-45 victory.

St. Michael has also been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 5-10 record this season. They've dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 30.3 points. As for Shonto Prep, they are on a 15-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-5.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. A feisty cat fight is on tap when the St. Michael Cardinals face off against the Rock Point Cougars at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Shonto Prep, they will be playing at home against BASIS Flagstaff at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
