Baseball Recap: Hardin Comes Up Short

After soaring to 11 runs the game before, Hardin was a bit more limited in their contest on Thursday. They fell just short of the Orangefield Bobcats by a score of 3-1. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest loss the Hornets have suffered since April 19, 2024.

Hardin saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Lawson Broom, who went 1-for-2 with one run.

Hardin's defeat dropped their record down to 14-8. As for Orangefield, their victory was their 17th straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 20-5.
