Volleyball Recap: Honeoye Comes Up Short

Honeoye was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their fifth straight loss dating back to last season. They lost 3-0 to the Wayland-Cohocton Eagles. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Bulldogs of the 3-0 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in September of 2024.

Honeoye's loss dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Wayland-Cohocton, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 4-2.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Honeoye will head out to square off against Campbell-Savona at 6:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Wayland-Cohocton, they will venture away from home to challenge Canisteo-Greenwood at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
