Baseball Recap: Liberty Chargers vs. Poinciana Eagles

Liberty lost to Poinciana back in March, but they didn't allow them the same satisfaction on Wednesday. The Liberty Chargers walked away with an 8-4 victory over the Poinciana Eagles. The win made it back-to-back victories for Liberty.

Mathew Sosa made a splash no matter where he played. He looked comfortable on the mound, striking out eight batters over four innings while giving up just one earned (and one unearned) run off two hits. Sosa was also big at the plate, scoring a run and stealing two bases while getting on base in three of his four plate appearances.
