Basketball Recap: Lilly Crane Leads a Balanced Attack to Beat Delta

There's no place like home for Richfield, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Thursday. They walked away with a 49-36 win over the Delta Rabbits on Tuesday. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 47-33 back in January.

Richfield's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Lilly Crane led the charge by putting up 13 points and four steals. That's the most points Crane has posted since back in December of 2024. Hayden White was another key player, earning eight points and eight rebounds.

Richfield's victory was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 13-10. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 52.0 points per game. As for Delta, they are on a 12-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-16.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Richfield will welcome Canyon View at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Delta, they will look to defend their home court on Thursday against Manti at 7:00 p.m. Manti will roll in looking for their fourth straight win, something Delta surely won't give up without a fight.
