Basketball Recap: Lakewood Takes a Loss

Lakewood lost against Berkeley Prep back in January of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Lakewood Spartans fell 51-41 to the Berkeley Prep Buccaneers. The Spartans have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Lakewood's loss dropped their record down to 7-6. As for Berkeley Prep, their win was their fifth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 8-6.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Lakewood will take on East Lake in a tournament on Saturday. As for Berkeley Prep, they will take on Sports Leadership & Management at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday.
