Baseball Game Preview: Brackett Tigers vs. Falls City Beavers

The Brackett Tigers will take on the Falls City Beavers at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

Brackett is probably headed into the contest with a chip on their shoulder considering Three Rivers just ended the team's five-game winning streak on Friday. They took a 9-5 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Bulldogs.

Meanwhile, while it was Falls City who put the first runs on the board on Friday, it was D'Hanis who put up more. The Beavers fell just short of the Cowboys by a score of 6-5. The home team had taken home the W every time these teams have met since April 11, 2023, but that streak is no more.

Falls City saw six different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was EJ Ramirez, who scored a run while going 1-for-2. Kole Cronk also deserves some recognition as he scored his first runs of the season.

Brackett's defeat dropped their record down to 8-5. As for Falls City, their loss dropped their record down to 10-8.
