Basketball Recap: Worland Takes a Loss

Worland lost against St. Thomas More back in December of 2023 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Worland Warriors were beaten by the St. Thomas More Cavaliers 66-24. The Warriors just can't catch a break and have now endured five losses in a row dating back to last season.

Worland's defeat dropped their record down to 0-2. As for St. Thomas More, their win (their first of the season) made their record 1-2.

Worland will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Lovell at 4:30 p.m. on January 23, 2025. As for St. Thomas More, they will be taking part in a tournament against East at 1:30 p.m. on Friday.
