Basketball Game Preview: Spanish Fork Dons vs. Springville Red Devils

Spanish Fork hasn't had much luck against Springville recently, but that could start to change on Friday. The Dons will challenge the Red Devils at 5:15 p.m.

On Tuesday, Spanish Fork came up short against Salem Hills and fell 55-47.

Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Springville). They breezed past Manti to the tune of 67-24 on Tuesday. Winning may never get old, but the Red Devils sure are getting used to it with their fourth in a row.

Spanish Fork's loss dropped their record down to 6-9. As for Springville, their victory bumped their record up to 10-4.

Spanish Fork was dealt a bruising 62-31 defeat at the hands of Springville when the teams last played back in February of 2025. A big factor in that loss was the dominant performance of the Red Devils' Sami Dellamas, who went 8-for-10 on her way to 18 points along with eight boards and three steals.
