Basketball Recap: Wellington Piles Up the Points Against Highland Park

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Jayton, Wellington was happy to have turned things around on Friday. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat the Highland Park Hornets 65-22. That 43 point margin sets a new team best for the Skyrockets this season.

Wellington's victory bumped their record up to 7-11. As for Highland Park, they have also been struggling recently as they've lost 12 of their last 13 contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 9-14 record this season.

Coincidentally, both will both be playing Memphis the next time they take the court. Wellington will host Memphis at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, while Highland Park will head out to face them at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
