Volleyball Recap: Bonsall Picks Up Third Consecutive Victory

Bonsall waltzed into their matchup on Tuesday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Cristo Rey Coyotes. This was a revenge game for the Legionnaires: when they faced off against the Coyotes back in September, they had to take a 3-2 loss.

Not only was the match a shutout, it was a big one: Bonsall took every set by at least 25 points. The final score came out to 25-0, 25-0, 25-0.

Bonsall now has a winning record of 10-9. As for Cristo Rey, they have been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 7-18 record this season.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Bonsall will take on rival River Valley at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Cristo Rey is set to square off against their familiar foe Bostonia Global at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday.
