Basketball Recap: Lincoln Park Academy Comes Up Short

Lincoln Park Academy lost against Tradition Prep back in December of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Lincoln Park Academy Greyhounds came up short against the Tradition Prep Pirates, falling 64-39. While losing is never fun, the Greyhounds can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Florida basketball rankings (they are ranked 666th, while the Pirates are ranked 188th).

This is the second loss in a row for Lincoln Park Academy and nudges their season record down to 2-11. As for Tradition Prep, they pushed their record up to 11-5 with the victory, which was their fifth straight at home.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Lincoln Park Academy will face off against Jensen Beach at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Tradition Prep, they will challenge Inlet Grove at 7:30 p.m. on Monday.
