The Strasburg Indians will challenge the Kent Denver Sun Devils at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday. Both teams are still undefeated after seven games, but that won't be the case come Saturday.
Strasburg had to skate by with only a two-point margin when they last took the field, which might have inspired the 49-point drubbing they dealt Englewood on Friday. The Indians really took it to the Pirates for the full four quarters, racking up a 49-0 win. The contest marked the Indians' most dominant victory of the season.

Those 103 rushing yards gave Hopwood a new career-high. Cade Hemphill was in the mix too, providing Strasburg with two scores.
Strasburg didn't let much get past them through the air: they limited Englewood to a completion percentage of just 30%. The Indians hasn't an opponent to post a completion percentage of 0.52 or higher in five consecutive matchups.
Special teams also deserves some recognition, posting 11 points in total. The biggest highlight from special teams (and perhaps the team as a whole) came courtesy of Jayden Miller, who ran a punt back for a touchdown.
Meanwhile, while Kent Denver put up plenty of points on Friday, the same can't be said for Bennett. The Sun Devils blew past the Tigers, posting a 46-0 win. The result was nothing new for the Sun Devils, who have now won six games by 20 points or more so far this season.
Strasburg better keep an eye on Yianni Balafas. He was instrumental in Kent Denver's win, throwing for 203 yards and four touchdowns while completing 80% of his passes, and also rushing for 44 yards and one TD. Another player making a difference was Colton Meade, who picked up 94 receiving yards and one score.
Kent Denver didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off three passes before the game was over. It was truly a group effort as Vedder Yates, Brandon Cifuentes, and Matthias Brown picked up one apiece. Yates got in on the action too, converting a pick into a touchdown.
Strasburg's record is now 7-0. As for Kent Denver, their record now sits at an identical 7-0.
Saturday's contest might be decided on the ground. Strasburg has been excellent on the ground this season, having averaged 178.4 rushing yards per game. However, it's not like Kent Denver struggles in that department as they've been averaging an even more impressive 174.7 rushing yards. There's a good chance Saturday's matchup turns into a tough fight on the ground.
Everything came up roses for Strasburg against Kent Denver when the teams last played back in October of 2024, as the squad secured a 45-7 victory. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Indians since the team won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
