The matchup between Fairmont and Redwood Valley on Thursday hardly resembled the 25-23 effort from their previous meeting. The Fairmont Cardinals put the hurt on the Redwood Valley Cardinals with a sharp 65-40 victory. Fairmont has made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won eight contests by 20 points or more this season.

Fairmont has been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five games, which provided a nice bump to their 15-6 record this season. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 68.4 points over those games.
