Baseball Game Preview: Oakdale Mustangs vs. Central Catholic Raiders + Official Tickets

For the second straight game, Oakdale will face off against Central Catholic. The Mustangs will be playing at home against the Raiders at 4:00 p.m. on Friday. Oakdale is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 7.2 runs per game this season.

Oakdale is probably headed into the contest with a chip on their shoulder considering Central Catholic just ended the team's four-game winning streak on Wednesday. They fell 8-5 to the Raiders. Give some credit to the fans of both teams: the last six times they've met, the home team has come away the winner.

Oakdale saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Peyton Wallace, who went 2-for-3 with one RBI. Another was Evan Criswell, who went 1-for-2 with two RBI, one run, and one double.

Central Catholic's win bumped their record up to 19-6. As for Oakdale, their defeat dropped their record down to 16-7.
