Baseball Recap: Overfelt Gets the Win

After low-scoring totals in their previous three contests, Overfelt brought some dynamite into their most recent game. They blew past the Independence 76ers 15-3 on Tuesday. The Royals haven't had any issues with the 76ers recently, as the game was their sixth consecutive win against them.

BRIAN BECERRA DADO was a standout: he scored three runs and stole five bases while going 3-for-3. That's the most stolen bases he has posted since back in April of 2024. The team also got some help courtesy of BRANDON GONZALEZ, who scored three runs and stole four bases while going 3-for-3.

Overfelt always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .778. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Independence only posted an OBP of .294.
