Destiny Christian Academy got themselves on the board against Woodland on Monday, but Woodland never followed suit. They claimed a resounding 39-0 win over the Wolves. The result was nothing new for the Lions, who have now won five contests by 21 points or more so far this season.

Destiny Christian Academy didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off five passes before the game was over. The picks came courtesy of Mckayla Fulmer and Amara Knowles.

Destiny Christian Academy's victory bumped their record up to 7-1. As for Woodland, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-3.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Destiny Christian Academy will challenge rival Dixon at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. The two teams have allowed few points on average (the Lions 6.4, the Rams 6.5) so any points scored will be well earned.
