Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Rosemead). They had just enough and edged the West Covina Bulldogs out 2-1 on Monday. Isaac Martinez had the honor of scoring the game-winner for the Panthers.

Rosemead's first win this season bumped their record up to 1-1-4. As for West Covina, their loss ended a three-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 4-2.

Rosemead will look to take advantage of their home pitch for the first time this season as they take on Rowland at 3:15 p.m. on Tuesday. As for West Covina, they will welcome Damien at 5:15 p.m. on Wednesday. Damien's last six contests have been decided by no more than a goal, so don't be surprised if it's a close one.
