Basketball Recap: Economics & Finance Comes Up Short

Economics & Finance was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their sixth straight loss. They took a blow against NEST+m, falling 67-29. While losing is never fun, Economics & Finance can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' New York basketball rankings (they are ranked 438th, while NEST+m is ranked 204th).

Economics & Finance's defeat dropped their record down to 2-7. As for NEST+m, the victory (which was their fifth in a row) raised their record to 7-3.

Economics & Finance will look to defend their home court on Thursday against Green at 4:30 p.m. NEST+m has already played their next match (against Baruch College), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
