Arapahoe extended their home winning streak to nine games thanks to a huge performance from Gianna Smith. The Arapahoe Warriors took down the Eaglecrest Raptors 60-41 on Wednesday thanks in part to Smith, who went 8-for-14 on her way to 26 points and six rebounds. The matchup was her sixth in a row with at least 23 points.

Ashley Seavall was another key player, putting up six points and six boards. The dominant performance gave her a new career-high in rebounds.

Despite the loss, Eaglecrest still got an impressive performance from Jada Bobb, who dropped a double-double with 19 points and 14 boards. Bobb is also on a roll when it comes to steals, as she's now grabbed two or more in the last six games she's played. Another player making a difference was Avery Jones, who posted six points and three steals.

Arapahoe's win bumped their record up to 11-8. As for Eaglecrest, they have been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five contests, which has put a noticeable dent in their 11-9 record this season.

Coming up, Arapahoe will welcome Mullen at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Arapahoe is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 62.4 points per game this season. As for Eaglecrest, they will head out on the road to challenge Cherokee Trail at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. The teams are on pretty different trajectories at the moment (Cherokee Trail has three straight victories, Eaglecrest has three straight losses), but none of that matters once you're on the court.
