Basketball Recap: Richards Takes a Loss

Richards was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their seventh straight loss. They took a blow against the Hillcrest Hawks, falling 69-32. The Bulldogs were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 38-14.

Richards' defeat dropped their record down to 3-18. As for Hillcrest, they pushed their record up to 14-8 with the win, which was their sixth straight at home.

Richards won't have much time to rest: their next contest is against Reavis at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Hillcrest, they will face off against Thornton Fractional South at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
