Bayside is 9-1 against Salem since May of 2021 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Tuesday. The Marlins are taking a road trip to challenge the Sundevils at 5:00 p.m. Neither of those teams managed to put together many runs in their previous contests, so the offenses might be a little more motivated than usual.

Bayside's last matchup with Cox could've gone either way, but unfortunately the same can't be said for the pair's game on Monday. The Marlins came up short against the Falcons, falling 9-1. The Marlins just can't catch a break and have now endured three losses in a row.

Meanwhile, Salem fell victim to Landstown and their airtight pitching crew on Friday. They lost 11-0 to the Eagles. The Sundevils haven't had much luck with the Eagles recently, as the team has come up short the last four times they've met.

Bayside's defeat dropped their record down to 4-13. As for Salem, their loss dropped their record down to 3-11.

Bayside was able to grind out a solid win over Salem when the teams last played two weeks ago, winning 6-1. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Marlins since the squad won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
