Riverside entered their tilt with North on Tuesday with eight consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with nine. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Rangers. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 3-0 back in September.

The final score came out to 25-16, 25-23, 27-25.

Riverside's victory was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Marlee Pettine, who had 11 digs and three aces. That's the most aces Pettine has posted since back in September. Claire Hixson also deserves some recognition as she served her first ace of the season.

Riverside's record is now 17-2. As for North, their defeat was their fourth straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 8-13.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Riverside will welcome Brecksville-Broadview Heights at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. As for North, after both having extra time off, they and Firestone will shake off the rust and duke it out at 7:00 p.m. on Monday.
