Jesuit was the 7-0 winner over Sunset when they last played one another back in October of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Crusaders fell just short of the Apollos by a score of 2-1 on Thursday. The result was nothing new for Jesuit as the squad haven't won a game since September 16th.

Jesuit now has a losing record of 3-4-4. As for Sunset, their victory was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 6-3-2.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Jesuit will square off against rival Westview at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. Meanwhile, Sunset is set to face off against their familiar foe Mountainside at 7:00 p.m. on Monday.
