Bald Knob dropped down to 5-11 on Monday, ending the team's three-game streak of wins. They fell 6-3 to the Bradford Eagles. The Bulldogs were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Eagles apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in March of 2025.
Bald Knob got a good showing from Seften Palomares, who struck out six batters over 3.2 innings while giving up just one earned (and five unearned) runs off three hits (and only one walk).
