Nakyhi Harris continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines, going 9 for 11 on his way to 23 points in addition to eight steals and seven assists. The contest was his third in a row with at least ten points. The team also got some help courtesy of Damien Johnson, who posted 14 points and three steals.
Bishop Timon-St. Jude smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 11 offensive boards. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least eight offensive rebounds in four consecutive games.
Meanwhile, The Park School of Buffalo took their matchup last Saturday with ease, bagging a 75-43 victory over Western New York Maritime Charter. The Pioneers is also no stranger to big wins: their blowout was the five contest they've won by 20+ points or more this season.
The Park School of Buffalo's win came from a few key players Bishop Timon-St. Jude will need to keep an eye on. One of the most notable was Elijah Greene, who dropped a double-double on 19 points and 12 rebounds. He has been hot, having posted eight or more boards the last seven times he's played. Kamron Barge was another key player, dropping a double-double on 15 points and 11 boards.
Bishop Timon-St. Jude's win was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 7-2. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 75.0 points per game. As for The Park School of Buffalo, their record is now 5-3.
