Basketball Recap: New Hampstead Comes Up Short

New Hampstead was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their tenth straight loss. They had to suffer through a 67-21 loss at the hands of the Perry Panthers. Sadly, that's the second time they've come up short against the Phoenix this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 77-52 two weeks ago.

New Hampstead's defeat dropped their record down to 2-12. As for Perry, their victory bumped their record up to 12-6.

Coincidentally, both will both be playing Ware County the next time they take the court. New Hampstead will host Ware County at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, while Perry will head out to face them at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
