Preview: Chaparral vs. Temecula Valley
Chaparral is 8-0-2 in play against Temecula Valley since January of 2019, and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Tuesday. Chaparral will head out on the road to take on Temecula Valley at 7:00 p.m.
Last Thursday, Chaparral and Murrieta Mesa ended up with a point apiece after a 1-1 draw.
Vista Murrieta typically has all the answers at home, but on Thursday Temecula Valley proved too difficult a challenge. They beat Vista Murrieta by a goal, winning 2-1.
Chaparral's draw makes their record 3-8-2 on the season. As for Temecula Valley, their win bumped their record up to 5-7.
Chaparral beat Temecula Valley 3-1 when the teams last played on January 4th. The rematch might be a little tougher for Chaparral since the team won't have the home-pitch advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
