Softball Recap: Dike-New Hartford Takes a Loss

After soaring to 11 runs the game before, Dike-New Hartford was a bit more limited in their contest on Friday. They lost 7-1 to the West Delaware Hawks. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest loss the Wolverines have suffered since July 1, 2024.

Dike-New Hartford's defeat dropped their record down to 10-4. As for West Delaware, with the victory, they broke their four-game losing streak and moved their record to 7-5.

Dike-New Hartford has already played their next match, a 3-2 loss against Crestwood on the 14th. As for West Delaware, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next game, a 10-4 win against Washington on the 13th.
