Volleyball Recap: Adams Victorious

Adams won the last time they faced Chippewa Valley and things went their way on Thursday too. The Highlanders walked away with a 2-0 win over the Big Reds. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Highlanders.

Graham Pease paced Adams' offense, picking up five kills. Pease got some help from Saswath Velayudham and his 13 assists. Pease and Velayudham didn't slow down when it came to serving: they led the team with three apiece.

Adams' victory bumped their record up to 17-9-3. As for Chippewa Valley, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 0-2.

Adams wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 2-0 win against Avondale on the 8th. Chippewa Valley has also already played their next game (against L'Anse Creuse North), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
