Basketball Recap: Florence Comes Up Short

Florence was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their seventh straight defeat. They took a blow against the Wabeno/Laona Rebels, falling 81-39. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Rebels this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 65-45 back in December of 2024.

Florence's loss dropped their record down to 6-15. As for Wabeno/Laona, they now have a winning record of 12-11.

As of now, neither Florence nor Wabeno/Laona have any future games scheduled.
