Basketball Game Preview: Kindred Vikings vs. Lisbon Broncos

Kindred is a perfect 10-0 against Lisbon since January of 2018 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Thursday. The Kindred Vikings will venture away from home to take on the Lisbon Broncos at 7:30 p.m. The teams are on pretty different trajectories at the moment (Kindred has three straight wins, Lisbon has 12 straight defeats), but none of that matters once you're on the court.

Last Monday, everything came up roses for Kindred against Oak Grove Lutheran as the squad secured a 57-28 victory.

Meanwhile, Lisbon came up short against Oakes on Monday, falling 58-33.

Kindred's win was their fifth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 15-4. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 63.2 points over those games. As for Lisbon, their loss dropped their record down to 2-18.

Everything came up roses for Kindred against Lisbon in their previous meeting back in January, as the team secured an 83-27 victory. The rematch might be a little tougher for Kindred since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
