Fruita Monument is 6-0 against Palisade since November of 2018 and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Friday. The Fruita Monument Wildcats will host the Palisade Bulldogs at 5:30 p.m. Both come into the game bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

Last Tuesday, Fruita Monument made easy work of Grand Junction Central and carried off a 55-33 victory. The Wildcats have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won six matches by 22 points or more this season.

Meanwhile, there's no place like home for Palisade, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Friday. They walked away with a 39-30 win over Grand Junction on Tuesday.

Palisade's victory was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 8-6. Those victories came thanks to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 24.7 points per game. As for Fruita Monument, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 9-6.

Fruita Monument strolled past Palisade in their previous meeting back in January of 2024 by a score of 60-41. Does Fruita Monument have another victory up their sleeve, or will Palisade turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
