Bell City put their dominant pitchers on display in the team's third consecutive shutout on Tuesday. They never let the Gideon Bulldogs get on the board and left with a 10-0 win. The result was nothing new for the Cubs, who have now won six games by eight runs or more so far this season.

Bell City is on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 8-8 record this season. The victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 1.3 runs on average over those games. As for Gideon, their loss dropped their record down to 3-7.

Coming up, Bell City will venture away from home to square off against Risco at 4:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Gideon, they have already played their next contest, a 15-4 defeat against South Pemiscot on the 7th.
