Grand Island waltzed into their matchup on Friday with four straight wins... but they left with five. They put the hurt on the Lake Shore Eagles with a sharp 69-46 win. The Vikings have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won nine games by 20 points or more this season.

Grand Island's victory was their ninth straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 13-1. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 70.8 points over those games. As for Lake Shore, they have been struggling recently as they've lost five of their last six contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 6-10 record this season.
