Volleyball Game Preview: Nekoosa Papermakers vs. Wisconsin Dells Chiefs

Nekoosa hasn't had much luck against Wisconsin Dells recently, but that could start to change on Thursday. The Papermakers will welcome the Chiefs at 7:00 p.m.

Nekoosa's tournament run continued when they took on Florence on Saturday. The Papermakers fell 2-0 to the Bobcats.

Meanwhile, Wisconsin Dells earned a 3-1 win over Mauston on Thursday. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Chiefs.

While Wisconsin Dells might've won, it sure wasn't easy: Mauston scored at least 22 points in every set they played. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-23, 23-25, 25-23, 25-22.

Nekoosa better keep an eye on Addison Sobojinski. She was instrumental in Wisconsin Dells' win, getting 17 digs and three assists. That's the most assists Sobojinski has posted over her last ten matches.

Nekoosa's loss dropped their record down to 8-18. As for Wisconsin Dells, their victory bumped their record up to 15-10.
