Upson-Lee lost to Jones County back in February of 2024, but they didn't allow them the same satisfaction on Tuesday. While the 1-1 score might suggest a draw, it was the Knights who were credited with the victory. The Upson-Lee Knights got it done in the shootout by posting three goals to the Jones County Greyhounds' one. The win made it back-to-back victories for Upson-Lee.

Upson-Lee's win bumped their record up to 10-6. As for Jones County, their loss ended a five-game streak of away wins and brought them to 11-4.

Coming up, Upson-Lee will host First Presbyterian Day at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. First Presbyterian Day will roll in looking for their 14th straight victory, something Upson-Lee surely won't give up without a fight. As for Jones County, they are taking a road trip to square off against Dutchtown at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday.
