Freeport has gone 9-1 against Boylan Catholic recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Wednesday. The Pretzels will be playing at home against the Titans at 5:00 p.m. Freeport has now lost ten straight, leaving the team hunting for their first win since April 16.

Freeport is coming in off a wild two-game stretch: after soaring to 14 runs on Wednesday, they were much more limited against Harlem on Tuesday. They came up short against the Huskies, falling 10-1.

Freeport saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Mackenzee Matz, who went 1-for-3 with one run.

Belvidere hit Boylan Catholic with a eight-run sixth inning on Monday, which goes a long way in explaining the final result. The Titans lost 9-2 to the Bucs.

Boylan Catholic has also been struggling recently as they've lost seven of their last nine matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 7-9 record this season. As for Freeport, their loss dropped their record down to 3-16.

Freeport took their win against Boylan Catholic in their previous meeting back in April by a conclusive 15-5 score. Will the Pretzels repeat their success, or do the Titans have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
