Soccer Game Preview: Colo-NESCO vs. Greene County

The Colo-NESCO Royals will challenge the Greene County Rams at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Considering both teams were shutout in their prior games, the pair is probably coming into this one with something to prove.

Colo-NESCO came into their game on Tuesday off a hard-fought close win, but unfortunately suffered a serious change of fortune. They came up short against Perry, falling 6-0.

Meanwhile, Greene County was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their 13th straight loss. They lost 10-0 to Van Meter.

Colo-NESCO's defeat dropped their record down to 2-6. As for Greene County, their loss dropped their record down to 0-13.

Everything went Colo-NESCO's way against Greene County when the teams last played back in April of 2024, as Colo-NESCO made off with a 4-0 victory. Will the Royals repeat their success, or do the Rams have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
