Winning always takes teamwork, but on Tuesday Julian Heffernan stepped things up a notch to give Gann Academy the 'W'. Heffernan wasn't messing around, going 1-for-4 with two runs, one stolen base, and one RBI. The contest was his third straight with at least one stolen base.

Heffernan and Gann Academy will be playing at home against Brimmer & May at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday. The Red Heifers got just the result they wanted when they last faced the Gators thanks in part to Heffernan: he went a perfect 4-for-4 with three runs, four RBI, and one stolen base.
