Volleyball Game Preview: Pateros Billygoats/Nannies vs. Waterville Shockers + How To Watch

Pateros hasn't had much luck against Waterville recently, but that could start to change on Tuesday. The Billygoats/Nannies will challenge the Shockers at 6:30 p.m. Pateros will be strutting in after a victory while Waterville will be coming in after a defeat.

While Pateros' win against Thorp wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Billygoats/Nannies had just enough and edged out Thorp 3-2. The victory continues a trend for the Billygoats/Nannies in their matchups with Thorp: they've now won three in a row.

Pateros took Thorp into a fifth set where they got it done with a two-point win. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 14-25, 25-12, 25-13, 23-25, 27-25.

Meanwhile, Waterville lost 3-0 to Garfield-Palouse on Saturday. The loss put an end to the Shockers' undefeated start to the season.

The win was their first at home , bumping their record up to 3-4. As for Waterville, their loss dropped their record down to 6-1.

Pateros came up short against Waterville when the teams last played back in September, falling 3-1. Can the Billygoats/Nannies avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
